Cliff Dalling is the owner of The Caribbean Hot Pot Restaurant. Mr. Dalling originated from St. Ann, Jamaica, but grew up in St. Catherine, Jamaica. He owned and operated a restaurant in the Greendale area of Spanish Town, Kingston, Jamaica. The restaurant he owned in Spanish Town was The Highway Fish Pot. There he operated that establishment for over five years and then decided to take his business to the United States to expand.
